Core Cable Solar are generally divided into single-core, double-core and three-core cable solars. Among them, a Single-Core Cable Solar refers to a conductor between an insulation layer and a sheath layer, while a double-Core Cable Solar refers to a conductor between an insulation layer and a sheath layer. In fact, these two types have their own advantages and disadvantages. For example, when a Single-Core Cable Solar needs to lay a long line, it is more reliable to choose a double-core cable solar. If it is in operation or when laying a high-current control circuit in water, in order to prevent or reduce the intermediate connector, it is better to choose a Single-Core Cable Solar than a Multi-Core Cable Solar.
1. Level of current . The current of a Multi-Core Cable Solar with the same cross-sectional area is larger than that of a Single-Core Cable Solar, and the load capacity is higher.
2. Level of electric loss . The two ends of a Single-Core Cable Solar are directly grounded, and the metal layer of the photovoltaic cable accessories may also generate a circulating current that can reach the current carrying capacity of the cable, wasting electricity and causing losses. Multi-Core Cable Solars are generally three-core wires. Because the current flowing through the three cores of the cable solar is almost zero during operation, there is basically no induced voltage at both ends of the metal shielding layer of the photovoltaic cable.
3. Level of cost. Among conductors of the same cross-sectional area, the cost of Single-Core Cable Solar is cheaper than that of Multi-Core Cable Solar, and the cost of Multi-Core Cable Solar is slightly higher.
4. Level of installation. Single-Core Cable Solar appears harder when threaded through in pipes, while Multi-Core Cable Solar is softer and easier to wire.
Whether to choose Multi Or Single-Core Cable Solar still needs to be judged based on the use environment, because the conductors of photovoltaic cables are different and the current carrying capacity is also different.
